If you are a big fan of classic works of fiction, then you will thoroughly enjoy this group. Until recently, the group was headed up by Stephen Wood. Unfortunately, Mr. Wood's other commitments have made it necessaary for him to step down. Stephen was a great fan of classic literature, and had a real knack for analizing and interpreting these works. As a fairly recent member of the group, I plan to continue in the same spirit that Stephen provided. Although his enthusiasm and incite will be missed, it is certainly shared by the other members of this most articulate group.
The plan is to continue to present wonderful classic stories, and get together for lively and fascinating discussions on a monthly basis. Since I am just beginning my term as group leader, I'm looking forward to everyone's input and enthusiasm. The immediate goal is to continue the meeting schedule, while putting a group framework together as we go.
See you soon!!
