The Movie Fans Meetup for Barcelona is called “CINEBAR“ As everyone loves film, and we all want to mingle with new people while having a good time, we thought why not combine them both in one evening! We show a movie (cult, classic or world cinema) in a very cool and relaxed bar in Raval. It's an informal and chilled atmosphere, where people can chat, exchange languages, enjoy a drink and watch a movie. This is a fun and social environment with the chance to meet new international friends.

We will share our passion for good films in original version. We won't watch blockbusters, but a range of quality movies from the independent French director to the new American sensation through the unknown Turkish production. What's best than going out on Monday, when the tickets are cheaper for el dia del espectador and the almost empty cinemas give you an extra inspiration?

This is a group who likes to go to events like ballet, opera, theatre, jazz, dance, museums. People who would like to go to Liceu or the Auditori or example,or some of the other venues here in barcelona to see some of these shows. I am not an expert in any of the above, just enjoy seeing new things and talented people performing in all different walks of life.
