This is a Meetup group for people age 40 and up who want to get together occasionally to see a movie (or sometimes a film), and then grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee afterwards. We can discuss the movie, or just get to know each other. This is not meant to be a pretentious film discussion group. Just a group to see a movie with once a month or so. Who's with me? Anyone? Finally, a meetup for jazz musicians and jazz enthusiasts in Detroit and surrounding areas! Some other forms of music may be represented here also (classical, some blues, and some latin-based music) but this group is designed mainly for jazzers. Certain charities and/or charitable events may be represented here also, if they collaborate with some jazz group or groups.
